Removing your self imposed limitations and addressing the thoughts and behaviors that brought you to this place is some of the work that I do with my clients. My life experiences, along with my education and on going training has afforded me a unique ability to connect with my patients, while we explore their past, understand their present and design their future. + , We have all created our personal "Story" from unique life experiences and choices we have made and the meanings we have given to them. After the death of my husband and unborn child My Story began with the educated and empathetic therapists as my guide, "My Story" became my "Change Motivator."
