About Us

My ideal client population are adolescents and young adults ranging between the ages of 12 and 30. I take interest in working with that population because there are many mental and emotional challenges that arise during this time period such as struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, codependency, past painful experiences/ trauma and identity challenges. I also enjoy working with the family unit as I take pride in being a Beacon of Light, Speaker of Truth, and Author of Hope. I am here to help you achieve your goals, maintain a peace of mind and confidently walk in your true essence. , I am non-judgmental in my approach to therapy as I believe we\re all healing and growing. I am non-traditional in my approach as well as I\ve learned that therapy is not a "one size fits all." As a clinician, I believe grace and patience deserves to be exuded.
