My practice is strength based and trauma informed. My clients describe me as being straightforward and kind. ", I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience working with teens and adults within a variety of clinical settings. I am person-centered and directive, utilizing family systems and attachment theoretical perspectives with cognitive behavioral techniques. I am thorough, sensitive and passionate about this work, valuing equality and causes of human rights. , I believe the therapeutic relationship is both delicate and sacred. Deciding to go to therapy can be overwhelming and we often need to feel safe to allow ourselves to become vulnerable.
