If you have experienced sexual assault, physical or emotional abuse, divorce, car accident, or loss of a loved one, we will work together to replace negative life patterns that are keeping you from moving forward and create healthy boundaries and coping skills that will lead to a healthier and more fulfilling life , I also work with depressed or anxious teens and adults who are struggling to get through the day, young adults transitioning into college who need a little bit of extra support/direction, clients looking to explore their relationship with food or struggle with self-criticism, and couples having a hard time communicating, parenting, or just getting along. , Through the use of evidence based treatments such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), radically open-dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal therapy (IP) we will work together to get you, your relationship, or family to where you want to be!
