About Us

The loss of a loved one can bring up many overwhelming emotions. Depending on the relationship and the circumstances of the loss, there can be major life transitions that can occur. It is natural that one might need support when going through such a difficult time. Those dealing with grief are looking to be supported and heard, and it can be helpful to have someone objective to hear their experience. , I offer many different coping skills when dealing with the anxiety/ or depression that can come with grief. I also offer nine years of experience of working for hospice as a bereavement and traumatic loss programs. It is my honor to companion the bereaved as they journey through their healing. , I have experienced loss of many loved one’s in my life. I know how it feels to be grieving and need support. I would be happy to educate on grief effects and offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental understanding.
