" I have almost 15 years of experience working with children/teens and their families. Since opening my private practice in 2015, I have come to greatly enjoy working with adults as well. I address a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships issues, anger management, trauma, and other concerns. I have worked with the dependency system in FL assisting children in foster care and in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling services. I focus on the future and helping you find solutions by examining the relationship between thoughts and behaviors. ", I work from a client-centered approach. I focus on your needs and concerns, regardless of diagnosis. I tend to work from solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral standpoints.
