" As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & EMDR Therapist, its my passion to help those experiencing PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, existential crises & life stressors. With 17 years of field experience with at-risk kids/youth/adults, I specialize helping survivors of childhood/ sexual/ acute traumas, first-responders, healthcare professionals, young adults, & cultural diversity. Together, I hope to enhance your resilience with internal strengths/ external resources, develop post-traumatic growth, heal attachment wounds, break unhealthy patterns, & regulate your nervous system. ", I provide a variety of trauma-informed tools & techniques from EMDR, CBT, ACT, & Polyvagal Theory, all interwoven with theories of internal-parts, attachment-based, somatic, existential, strengths-based, psychodynamic, culturally-sensitive, & diverse holistic practices.
