As Carl Jung said "the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are." I especially enjoy working with culturally diverse individuals and those who have previously found therapy unhelpful. , My specialty is Jungian and Psychoanalytic Depth therapy combined with action oriented CBT and ACT therapies. I completed three year psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at the renowned C.G. Jung Institute, five year training analysis, earned two Masters degrees in Psychology, and offer an integrative depth-oriented approach that meets you where you are. , People making use of my services are often experiencing distress or a challenging life transition.
