Does your relationship feels like it has reached its breaking point? For the past 5 years, I have worked closely with couples helping them navigate from a different perspective using principles of the Gottman method. I work with couples struggling through relationship issues regarding communication, infidelity, and trust. My ultimate goal is to provide my couples with new skills. That have not been in their toolbox and work collaboratively to find a treatment plan that works for both individuals in the relationship. For couples work i provide a 75 minute session for self pay clients which provides each person the time to process. , I use a toolbox approach when it comes to working with clients, drawing from collaborative, narrative, and solution focused based therapy and Gottman method for relationships. I want to use my experience to build and nurture a healthy therapist-client relationship with you that will facilitate transparency, healing, and understanding. , Everyone has been through a kind of trauma that we all have learn to hide and suppress, I want to help you process this while looking at family patterns of intergenerational trauma and help put things in perspective. The space that she provides you with is one that allows you to come authentically as you while you heal and set goals for yourself.
