About Us

I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience working in the community, school, and private practice setting. Providing counseling in a relaxing office setting, I strive to help you feel safe and comfortable. I work within a cognitive behavioral perspective and have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress related issues, strategies to deal with anger effectively, and self esteem. I work with individuals, couples and offer group counseling. In relation to children, I have experience with learning problems, ADD and ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, self esteem, depression and anxiety, and anger control. , I worked in the school system for six years as a school counselor. During this time I was a 504 coordinator, Response to Intervention Coach, and testing coordinator. This knowledge allows me to work as both a liason and an advocate for your child as you navigate the school system. , In our counseling sessions we will work together to explore current problems you are experiencing and learn ways to help manage your stress and improve your ability to cope with problems. I am a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselors. I look forward to working with you.
