Trauma comes in all forms and my goal is to walk beside my clients on their healing journey. Using EMDR, CBT and Motivational Interviewing I help my clients learn new ways to achieve and sustain their goals. Life can be a hard journey as we deal with an assortment of issues throughout our life span. Trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, family problems and overcoming childhood trauma just to name a few. My clients will be the first to tell you that they are not alone, I am with them and will be with you every step of the way. I work with both individuals and couples. These modalities help a broad spectrum of issues and traumas. I have my CAS and I work with those dealing with substance abuse as well as their loved ones. , I work with my clients to truly heal no matter the wound, believing in treating the whole person, not just the problem. Perfect people do not exist and self improvement is the only way to grow and develop deeper meaning and heal the wounds life gives us. Beach therapy offers counseling sessions virtually to make healing convenient for all who seek it.
