Life can be hard to navigate through. Too many times we put on a brave face & suffer in silence. Dealing with trauma, abuse, addiction, family & even work issues, can be overwhelming. You don’t have to do it alone, as Psychotherapist and Addiction Counselor, I’m here to help you deal with life’s uncertainties and concerns. It takes a lot of courage and humility to admit you need help and you’ve done that. I look forward to working with you as a team, while we navigate through the healing process. , Come with an open mind, don’t limit yourself, because I won’t put limitations on you. I work with all ages, various issues, mental disorders & health conditions. Crisis counseling, marriage/couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy and so on. I work with clients from various religious backgrounds & beliefs, different cultures, gender & orientation. , Office hours vary so if there’s a time slot you need, please call, email or text me and I will try to accommodate you. I currently provide Telehealth services only however I can provide face to face services if necessary, in my area.
