About Us

I am a Licensed mental health counselor and I would like the opportunity to help you heal past wounds that may be affecting your current personal beliefs. I wholeheartedly believe that working through previous experiences, no matter where they are rooted, will help you learn the skills to identify and manage your emotions. Therapy can help you find calmness, peace and the hope to live in a healthy state of harmony. I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and those who have had traumatic life altering events. , I offer EMDR as an effective approach to help you process past events that have changed your behavior and beliefs. On the other hand my training has also allowed me to find a passion for working with couples dealing with relationship distress. I can help guide couples to identify and repair perpetual issues that may be impeding their mutual love and growth. , Whether you are struggling with personal or relationship concerns, I am here to help you. I am located at the heart of Longwood, FL. I can conduct our sessions in English or Spanish. My schedule is flexible Mon-Thur from 9am-7pm.
