About Us

I am passionate about providing developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and young adults so they can move toward their vision of happiness. There is no one-size-fits-all model to meet a client’s needs, however, by utilizing a variety of approaches, including play therapy, a client’s world can oftentimes be accessed. Therapy can help with overcoming past trauma, creating healthy coping mechanisms, improving relationships, and much more. Therapy is a team approach and parents are involved to varying degrees based on the age of client. View 4 Photos, I provide individual and group counseling sessions to assist with overcoming difficulties associated with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, learning, inattention/focus, social skills, and communication skills. I also conduct assessments to assist in the identification of giftedness, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. , There is no one who knows your child better than you, however it is OK to seek support! Therapy is not about judgement and receiving “advice”, but rather an opportunity to reflect with someone who has no preconceived ideas or personal involvement in your life. As a therapist, comfort throughout the therapy process is a primary goal.
