Life can seem like a barrage of stimuli hurling at us. This makes it difficult to listen quietly and to be led intuitively. How do You respond? We all react differently or sometimes even destructively, manifesting in attempts at control, or feeling insecure and compulsive. If one feels anxious, afraid, and uncertain while trying to do life, the struggle to figure things out can seem even less navigable. I seek to create a safe environment that allows people in pain, emotional paralysis, fear, self harm, sadness, etc... to experience hope and gain practical skills in order to navigate their lives with more savvy and confidence. , Feeling hopeless and stuck in unhealthy patterns makes for tiresome days, and can lead to destructive ways of being. Working with late adolescents, adults, couples, I seek to help the hurting to see more clearly what is happening, and give compassion to why they might feel the way they do. , By equipping a stuck person to move through pain, sorrow, fear, confusion, and other difficulties, they gain better tools, and find healing for their hearts and minds. It is my sincere hope that by being informed, validated, and comforted, people can grow despite the pain and turmoil, and find healing and strength to thrive and not just survive.
