You’ll learn to regulate your response to triggers, detach from self-defeating core beliefs, and utilize grounding and mindfulness techniques to find the lightness and relief you’ve been seeking. , You’ll find me approachable, compassionate, and able to hold space for all of you. Together we’ll work to untangle you from the fearful inner dialogue that is clouding your truth, and then we’ll forge a path for your authentic self to unfold. , In practice since 2014, I’m a level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, am trained in EMDR and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and have experience in most evidence-based interventions.
