My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for self exploration. , My style of therapy is eclectic. I use psychodrama, an action alternative to traditional talk therapy. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and have extensive experience working with eating disorders. I am also trained in EMDR, which is helpful in working through issues related to traumatic events.
