Life certainly has its difficult moments and oftentimes these moments certainly have an impact on our ability to move forward. In many cases, our forward view is darkened and causes us to stumble and sometimes fall. The result of this usually leads to stagnation. This stagnation can lead to maladaptive issues: anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness and what we see in children behavior issues, However, there is a brighter side to these particular dark situations that I am eager and honored to shed light upon. I am a warm passionate and compassionate individual that will work along with you to navigate through your dark moments. , I offer a variety of treatment modalities that are trauma focused. My core approach is to empower individuals to explore their inner abilities and manifest them outwardly. It is my personal belief that what we possess inside is far greater than the issues that surrounds us. It is my honor to walk along with you in this explorational journey of self. , It is my standard practice to provide an environment that is supportive, empathetic, and encouraging.
