Trouble communicating with your love ones, dealing with high levels of stress, overwhelmed by grief & loss, family/parent conflicts or just overwhelmed with past traumas that keep interrupting your peace. I strongly believe in the power of prayer, psycho-education, and mental health awareness to foster holistic healing and well-being. I aim to provide a nurturing and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, , I listen to your needs! I am curious about your story!
