I am now licensed in Indiana and can provide telehealth services to clients residing in IN. As a trauma specialist, I believe it is crucial to meet you where you are and to empower you to take back control over your life. You may be struggling with various complex issues simultaneously and may feel confused on how or where to start making changes. ", I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to adolescents (ages 16 and up) and adults focusing on range of difficulties such as: childhood trauma impacting individuals in adulthood, peripartum and postpartum depression and anxiety, personality disorders and long-term mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). , I create an inviting, safe space for you to feel important, heard, seen, and supported.
