Hello! I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, Marriage & Family Therapist, Clinical Sexologist, and Certified Life Coach. I work with individuals and couples who are looking to overcome personal and interpersonal obstacles. I specialize in topics such as relationship conflict, intimacy and sexuality, infidelity, interpersonal well-being, and stress and anxiety management. I believe that therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves - in relationships, with our family and friends, and in the workplace. I work with individuals and couples to gain valuable insight into themselves and their relationships, and to create lasting change in their lives. , I have extensive experience and training in individual and couples counseling, sex therapy, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a PhD in Clinical Sexology; a MSEd in Counseling and a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami. I combine therapy and coaching techniques to help my clients gain the insight and results they are looking for.
