About Us

I believe that my clients have everything they need to achieve the life they want. Sometimes they just need a little light to shine in the darker places. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with transition. Many of my clients have adopted life patterns that no longer suit them. I am inspired by the work I have seen my clients do. Supporting them to shift out of old stories that no longer suit them and move into a new narrative for their life that gets them to a place of joy is the best part of my work. , I have experience working with people in transition including high school and college students, professionals transitioning in their career, new parents, and young families. I have also worked with client who are downsizing or upsizing their careers, shifting into different types of work or moving into semi-retirement or retirement. , I have a strong background in the medical field and have assisted physicians, nurses, medical staff, firefighters, and police officers work through situational and chronic trauma. I also have experience working with eating disorders and clients and families dealing with chronic illness.
