About Us

You’ve already taken the most difficult step-the first one. You might be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, lack of purpose in life, loneliness, family/relationship problems, anger, self-esteem issues and addictions or a combination of things. Our work together might be just as simple as finding a new perspective in life, exploration of a new interest or goal, or it might be a deeper self-exploration. I listen and work collaboratively with you, tailoring our session to your unique needs. I believe in helping people work on what’s important to them from a wholistic view and strengths based. , I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who utilizes the Wholistic Approach to practice. I also utilized a strength-based approach to help people move toward their preferred life story. I believe that it is imperative to address treatment of a person as a whole, mind, body and social factors. , I have worked in the field of mental health for 17 years. My genuine empathy for others and desire to help them provide an environment that promotes greater openness and trust, something that is essential for healing, change and growth. I am experienced in providing counseling treatment services to children, adolescents, families and couples.
