About Us

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with teens, young adults and women. I believe that the most important part of therapy is empowerment of the individual. I can help by allowing a client to see that they have choices in almost all aspects of their lives. My goal is for a client to leave the room feeling like they can handle anything life throws at them. An empowered person is more likely to be successful in all aspects of their life, and I would love to help you along that journey in getting to where you want to be. , I help teens and pre-teens navigate the difficult time of middle and high school. With all the pressure to perform in so many aspects of life, including that which comes from social media, it can be helpful to learn important coping skills and have an outlet they can trust. , Parents are often fighting their own battle with dealing with a child who has depression/anxiety etc., and I can provide helpful insight and support to them as well. I help young adults and women by helping them sort through current stressors and allowing them to take time to focus on themselves.
