About Us

I specialize in interpersonal growth and connection. I have extensive experience helping people understand themselves better and deepen their relationships with others. In therapy, we will collaborate and address issues that block connections and that lead to feelings of being lost, confused, sad, and fearful. I often treat individuals who are searching for greater fulfillment in their lives and who experience isolation. Together, we will look into what purpose these behaviors serve. We will work to make room for new, effective behaviors that present themselves and that will support connections to a more meaningful life. , I have expertise working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. I integrate creative mind/body techniques into therapy and teach relaxation techniques and creative visualizations. I draw upon my diverse work experience in settings such as community mental health centers and hospitals, academia, the art sector, and womens health centers.
