My therapeutic perspective is strongly influenced by Internal Family Systems, a non-pathologizing approach. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing and am also trained in EMDR. , My passion is working with individuals with current/past substance use, first responders, correction officers, military members, and those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I specialize in supporting people in exploring their relationship with alcohol/drugs as well as other common challenges including trauma, relationship concerns, anger, and anxiety. , I approach therapy with intentionality, creativity, and humor to create a space that supports your individual healing.
