I approach each therapeutic relationship with curiosity and compassion. I believe that therapy can be a space to give voice to the innermost parts of yourself, navigate and make meaning of difficult and painful experiences, and disentangle yourself from narratives and patterns that are no longer serving you. Through this process you may grow to experience deeper and more authentic relationships with yourself and others. I will center your strengths, wisdom, and innate intuition as we collaborate on your goals for our work together. , My clinical work is informed by psychodynamic theory, meaning I consider how early relationships and experiences shape and inform how one thinks, feels, and engages with the world presently. My clinical approach is grounded, warm, trauma-informed, and invested in each client’s growth towards experiences of fulfillment and hope. , I have extensive experience working with clients suffering with eating disorders. I am HAES aligned in my values and practice and committed to engage how social identities shape and affect one’s relationship to food, body and self. I also offer consultation on eating and body image concerns.
