About Us

" My passion lies in supporting individuals who have been impacted by anxiety, stress, depressive symptoms and trauma. It is a fast-paced world we are all attempting to negotiate and through a lens of curiosity, compassion and accountability I partner with adolescents, young adults, couples and parents with setting goals that serve to promote their well-being, self-esteem, and capacity to effectively manage lifes challenges. I am excited to collaborate with and support individuals who have a desire to heal, grow and improve their quality of life. ", I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years and specialize in serving individuals, couples, & families who have been impacted by anxiety, challenges with mood regulation, trauma & self-esteem difficulties. I also have extensive experience in providing parent training/feedback sessions & supporting youth and women in trauma recovery. , My sincerest belief is that all people have the capacity for growth and change. In order to appreciate the unique experiences of each person, I utilize a trauma-informed lens and dynamic approach to treatment. I draw upon various aspects of mindfulness & self-compassion techniques, CBT, DBT, and attachment theory to support individuals in their healing.
