Its important to me to be a safe space for those experiencing any range of life shifts, including: personal and relational roadblocks, sexuality issues, life transitions, trauma and grief and loss. I strive to meet my clients where they are, and adapt to their individual needs and framework. I work from a person-centered/ trauma-informed lens, and use strengths-based perspective, mindfulness, and humanistic therapies. I hope to work together to create new patterns of thinking to guide you towards the personal, and professional goals you wish to achieve.
