" Every clients healing path is different. We work together to find what works for you. Listening, empathy and non-judgemental acceptance are characteristics of my clinical approach. I believe that therapy is an interactive process and I promote a safe, supportive environment where individuals can become aware of new ways to manage difficult challenges, situations and emotions. My commitment is to help individuals grow, make changes that are important to them and expand their opportunities so they can move forward in their lives reaching their full potential and optimal health. ", I work w/children/adolescents/adults/families suffering from depression/anxiety as well as those struggling with relationship issues, school or court issues. I use an eclectic theoretical approach that is strongly humanistic, client-centered and cognitive behavioral based, building a successful therapeutic relationship that is safe, trusting and respectful. , Using an integrative, holistic approach I work with professionals who help with the healing journey. I work with doctors, schools, courts, dieticians and others. I am a guardian ad litem working with the courts in matters of foster care/adoptions. I offer supervision for clinicians who are license eligible.
