About Us

I provide evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD, and mood disorders, and borderline personality disorder. I seek to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment within which clients can learn to open to difficult emotions, get "unhooked" from self-defeating thoughts, and face situations they have avoided up to this point. , I am trained in multiple empirically supported treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have delivered these interventions in anxiety disorder, substance use, general mental health, and PTSD clinics. , If you are interested in working with me, feel free to send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you!
