" Collaboration and finding a rhythm that works for a therapeutic relationship is one of the most important beginnings in any relationship and one that I find important to grow. I believe in supporting a root cause treatment instead of just treating symptoms. I believe that we are all living a collective human experience and that my role is to witness and walk next to you while you guide your own journey through treatment. Whether you are looking for support around a life transitions and relationships, processing new symptoms or trying to make sense of trauma- you dont need to be alone. ", I take a functional mindset to the work I do that wrap in a (w)holistic approach that supports my clients for long lasting impacts and growth. I firmly believe a rapport is important and working from ground up for a Client centered and strength based feel. I utilize a variety of tools and interventions for an individualized experience. Kids-adults , I enjoy what I do for work and believe in practicing what is preached. I am always looking for old and new ways that support my clients as a curious person. Outside of therapist, I am a mom to neurospicy humans and animals, Reiki, Sound and & Yoga practitioner, nature enthusiast, arts appreciator, hobby farm/gardener that enjoys a good book and TV binge.
