About Us

Neurodiversity/Neurodivergent Friendly - I offer a unique client-centered telehealth counseling experience utilizing DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), strength-based, and expressive approaches. Clients can expect to learn mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance as well as skills for executive functioning issues. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider so my proficiency regarding ADHD, Executive Functioning Disorders, and Emotional Regulation Disorders is up to speed with current knowledge and effective treatments. , Building Mastery is a DBT concept that focuses on helping clients commit to setting small goals, create action plans, and then see these goals through. My mission is to help individuals take control of their attention and focus it on "building a life worth living" (Marsha M. Linehan). , If you have experience with DBT and are ready for an intermediate/maintenance experience please reach out. I offer a multitude of services for DBT, ADHD, and WLS (Weight Loss Surgery) and am open to creative treatment planning and coaching models. I have walked with many clients through their WLS journeys from "thinking about it" to "15 years post-op".
