Are you feeling depressed or anxious and having trouble dealing with your home or work life? Sometimes transitions like looking for a new job, starting or ending a relationship,deciding whether to have children or moving to a new area can be difficult. Uncomfortable or painful feelings which are coming from a life change or a past experience can sometimes feel insurmountable. , I have worked for 40 + years helping people like you manage their lives and feel better about their choices and themselves. I have helped them make decisions, solve problems and deal with debilitating anxiety, depression and a range of other difficult feelings. My therapy style is direct but compassionate. , Clients find me very approachable. My experience of being in private practice for 30+years as well as my work in multiple settings with a variety of populations make me a well rounded clinician. My office is conveniently located between Central and Harvard Squares in Cambridge near the T stop.
