Most clients I work with have post-trauma, anxiety, and/or depression symptoms. I believe in the importance of helping clients explore the root causes of their symptoms, while also finding interventions to address those symptoms. , I have over ten years practice in trauma healing work, primarily from neurobiological and somatic approaches. I generally operate from a relational framework, which also considers cultural and societal factors.
