About Us

As a therapist, I work with adults who may be coping with new or unexpected challenges in their lives. I can help clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated, while navigating difficult emotional experiences that may cause significant distress. I specialize in supporting women who are coping with anxiety and/or depression, daily life stress, self-esteem, interpersonal relationship conflicts, work/life balance, life transitions, chronic medical illness, and parenting related issues. Together, we discuss mind-body connection, strengthening coping skills for stress management, and fostering resilience and empowerment. , I have worked in healthcare for 13+ years. My approach is trauma-informed & integrative. I am trained in a variety of modalities (cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, solution- focused). Our sessions focus on identifying your goals & practicing skills/tools to enact changes in your life that you determine meaningful. , During these unprecedented times, it is imperative to establish therapeutic support that meets your needs. My style is warm, direct, and interactive. I value a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, where clients may feel emotionally safe, their unique experience is heard, and their dedication to their own personal growth is respected.
