About Us

The type of client that seems to work well with me are those with ADHD, depression, anxiety, or similar and who have the drive to want to find a different way of living. They may even have some goals in mind already that they would like to accomplish and may need the help of someone to put them into action. I look forward to helping someone to find the reason for the change that they want to make which would make it that more powerful. , I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Self-care as the primary focuses in my work. I have a certificate in being able to support those with ADHD and learning how effectively cope with executive function challenges. I have used some flavors of solution-focused in my work also. , " Starting therapy and/or taking a step closer to make change in our lives can be hard. We need to stop and look at whats harder for us; not making the change or making it. We need to face the fear of failing or things not being different in the end. I want to help you face that fear.
