There are times when we are hurting, and we find ourselves longing for relief. With the support of good therapy, change is possible. I will work with you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relational patterns. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to understand what is going on inside. My focus is on building secure and healthy attachments in relationships. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems and IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out). , I am committed to helping you make contact with and have compassion for parts of yourself that may cause you to struggle. We can identify and shift coping strategies that are no longer serving you well. Our work will help you find more ways to thrive in your individual and relational life.
