I love working with adolescents and young adults who want to create a path towards their goals. I often work with people whose anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral struggles have held them back from being able to find the version of themself that they seek. My goal is to use DBT with care and humor to help clients see the benefit of new ways of thinking and behaving.
