Accepting new clients and have immediate openings. There are many challenges we all face and sometimes those challenges can lead to many different feelings. My goal is to provide support, empathy, and reassurance to help empower you so that you may effectively manage any issues that you might be facing. We will work together on discovering your personal strengths and skills so that they can be used to overcome your obstacles and achieve your identified goals. I have worked with an array of clients including chronic mental illness, depression, anxiety, family conflict, workplace stressors, and with law enforcement personnel. , I utilize a person centered strengths based approach, which can pave the way for your success by developing coping skills to utilize while managing your issues. Some other treatment modalities that I utilize in my practice are mindfulness, CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, resiliency, and crisis intervention , If you are interested in scheduling a telehealth appointment, please feel free to contact me.
