", For over 10 years, I have worked in outpatient treatment & school-based settings with adults & adolescents. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, addictions & dual diagnosis. More specifically, people struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, drug/alcohol abuse, relationships, grief/loss, anger management, & life transitions. , I am passionate about listening & understanding my clients effectively while trying to uncover the root cause of potential barriers that prevent us from feeling happy, fulfilled & productive. I believe it is important to help my clients strengthen their inner voice & develop positive coping tools to create meaningful relationships with others & themselves.
