Therapy can at times be intense and difficult, but I believe that persevering through the discomfort is part of what allows us to tap into our inner strength and resilience. I don’t believe in telling people what they should do, rather I see myself as a supportive guide giving people the space they need to find the solutions that fit them best. I enjoy working with people who are motivated, willing to try new things, and willing to be a little vulnerable. , I utilize many different therapeutic techniques, though I do tend to approach things mostly from a person-centered and solution focused point of view. I enjoy using humor when appropriate and laughter during a session is encouraged.
