I strive to teach all my clients to be more resilient, kinder, deal better with life changes, be more relational, have healthier boundaries and improve their self esteem. I also have resources for men regarding masculinity and how to use that as a strength both personally and professionally. , I take a customized approach with each client I work with. I especially enjoy helping men dealing with relationship challenges. My approach to working with clients includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology techniques, Person Centered Approach, Relational Life Therapy along with coaching techniques. , In order to make sure that this is a good fit for you, we will first meet for an informational meeting, at no charge.
