Accepting new clients in person or virtual, effective May 2024. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and older adults/elders. Life is a complex, stressful, and often painful journey. I provide a warm, neutral space where you can begin to restore your sense of calm, and feel comfortable and supported telling your story. Together we navigate any past and present difficulties you are facing, build new perspective, learn healthy ways to cope, and pave the path to restore your emotional health and wellbeing. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and eclectic. I pull from various models. , Psychodynamic helps you gain insight of how past experiences, attachment, and core beliefs are making you feel stuck in your life. CBT/DBT and Mindfulness teaches new skills to tackle unhelpful thinking patterns, manage emotional distress and anxiety, build a healthier dialogue with yourself, sustain fulfilling relationships, and savor the present moment. , I am down to earth and compassionate in my approach, seeing the beauty and strength in each individual’s unique life journey and using this to uncover a path forward. We will start exactly where you are, working together as a team, and using therapy tools tailored for your specific needs. I will always respect where you are in your journey. You set the pace.
