It is in adversity, whether personal loss, trauma, or relationship struggles, that I believe we have the greatest opportunity to find out who we truly are, what we really believe and the type of people we eventually want to become. , I work with adults individually, couples, and families, often while they are making transitions in life. I have specialized training in providing court-involved therapy and parenting services for single parents, married couples or separated/divorced co-parents. , I aim to provide an environment that is both supportive and challenging – where my clients feel known and understood, while still feeling pushed to find new ways of viewing problems and healthier ways of coping.
