I will be on Maternity Leave Starting June 2024 and NOT accepting new clients at this time. I am a dual licensed clinician specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling who works with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. I have many years experience working in a variety of settings including school-based, home-based and outpatient facilities. I enjoy connecting with each client in a unique way to build a warm and trusting environment and promote a feeling of safety during a clients most vulnerable moments. , Some of the various treatment modalities I utilize in treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-Social Education, & Narrative Therapy to assist clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, familial and relationship/marital issues, grief/loss and difficult life transitions. , Starting therapy is the first step of your journey to help build and strengthen positive changes in your life. By providing comfort and support to my clients, I am able to help empower clients progress and growth to achieve their personal goals to live a happier and healthier life.
