I employ a combination of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Treatment. , Additionally, I have a focus on couples therapy in which I employ Gottman and Gottman Couples Therapy techniques as the base of my work.
