You’ll be given tools to use between sessions which will help bridge the gap between intention and action. , As a licensed behavior analyst, I use ABA empirically researched techniques and ACT which will focus on your behaviors and we’ll work together to create new ones to fit your life. I am certified to work with ADHD and understand the struggles for adults, specifically at work and home. , I provide a non judgmental and warm environment. As attention during sessions may be difficult for some, we can do art, play games, use fidgets, weighted blankets, and out-of-office visits are also an option.
