Many of the day-to-day difficulties that people struggle with can be attributed to past traumas big and small. My goal is to meet people where they are, help them figure out where they want to be, and work with them to get there. I approach therapeutic work from a client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused perspective. I am happy to help folks navigate identity exploration, situational stressors, ongoing mental health challenges, grief and loss, sudden life changes, or past traumas. I am a queer and genderqueer practitioner and am willing to write letters in support of medical transition as needed. , I enjoy working with people of all ages, genders, sexualities, races, cultures, and neurotypes. I have trained in the Flash Technique, Progressive Counting, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for school-aged children (ages 7 to 14). I am sex, kink, polyamory, and body positive. , I have found success providing telehealth for children with ADHD and autistic children ages 3 and up.
