I’m Dr. Haley Poirier (she/her/hers), a licensed psychologist providing individual psychotherapy for adults. I am currently seeing all clients through telehealth sessions. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that draws from evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I incorporate a client-centered approach; which means I am interested in working with you as a full person, with a range of experiences, identities and values. , While using warmth, authenticity, and humor, it is important to me that I build your trust. I aim to establish a non-judgmental space where barriers to change can be explored. The goals of treatment are created collaboratively and with a consideration of your individual values and needs. , My expertise includes helping adults with disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma and OCD. I utilize a size-inclusive, anti-diet and HAES oriented approach to working with all clients.
